Payment
A non- refundable deposit payment of $100 per person together with a completed Booking Form is required to reserve a place for the Tasmania Heart Vibration Seminar Retreat. The balance of the required payment is due prior to 8th August 2008. Your booking may be cancelled at our discretion if the final payment is not received by the due date.

Bookings received after 8th August will need to be paid for in full at the time of the booking.


Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking written notice must be provided to us and the following cancellation fees apply:
Prior to 8th August 2008 - loss of deposit
8th – 28th August 2008 - 50%
28th August onwards - 75%


Bookings Sold on a Share Basis
There will be a number of accommodation options available at Lemonthyme Lodge as detailed elsewhere. These options are all on a share basis unless a single supplement is paid. Accommodation preferences as stated on the Booking Form will be given on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. All payment for accommodation will be paid directly to Lemonthyme Lodge.

Risk & Liability
You are responsible for any injury, loss, damage, costs or expenses arising through your own fault. You agree to indemnify Angel Wings Healing Pty Ltd against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis and whether incurred by or awarded against us) as a result of, or arising in relation to, whether directly or indirectly, your participation in the Tasmania Heart Vibration Seminar Retreat or any act of omission by you in relation to the Retreat.



Changes in Price and Minimum Numbers
This Retreat is based on a minimum number of participants. If in the unlikely event this number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel or re-cost the Retreat as appropriate. If we re-cost the Retreat and you decide not to proceed, or, if we cancel the Retreat, your deposit is refundable in full. In all other circumstances your deposit is not refundable.


Health & Fitness
You must inform us on the Booking Form of any medical condition that you may have which may affect your ability to fully participate in the Retreat, which will include forest meditations and gentle bushwalks. There will also be optional opportunities for self-guided bushwalks of a more challenging nature. We exclude all liability for any illness, injury or death sustained by you during the Retreat as a result of any pre-existing medical condition.

Due to the meditational nature of some of the Seminar exercises and techniques, it is unsuitable for those suffering from Grand Mal epilepsy or psychotic illness.

Angel Wings Healing Pty Ltd will not be responsible for, and you agree to release us from, any liability arising out of any medical condition, illness or injury that you may suffer during the Retreat.


Exclusion from Workshop Retreat
You may be excluded from the Tasmania Heart Vibration Seminar Retreat at our discretion if you interfere with other participants' enjoyment of the Retreat, if you jeopardise the safety of other participants, if you engage in illegal or undesirable behaviour, or if you otherwise become a hazard to yourself or other participants. You will not be entitled to a refund and we will not be responsible for any expenses that you may incur if you are excluded from the Retreat for any of these reasons.
